Refund & Exchange Policy
At Dhillon Organics we want you to be happy and we strive to deliver high quality organic products. If you have any issues with your order we are here to help with hassle free returns and exchanges.
Eligibility for Refund & Exchange You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery if:
✔ The product is damaged, defective, stained or incomplete.
✔ Wrong product was delivered.
✔ Size or variant does not match what you ordered.
✔ Product is unused, in original packaging with all labels attached.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
1. Report the Issue

2. Send the Product:
Return the item in its original condition to our return address (provided upon request).
3. Processing & Replacement:
If the issue is from our end (damaged/wrong product), we will send a replacement with zero shipping charges.
If the issue is from your end (change of mind, wrong order placed), you can still request an exchange but additional shipping charges will apply.
4. Refund & Replacement Time:
Once we receive and verify the returned product, we will process the replacement or refund within 5-7 working days.
Refund Policy
🔹 In case of return, the delivery charges will not be paid by the company. The customer is liable to get the item delivered at our office. Once the item is received in office, the refund payment will be transferred within 2-3 working days.
Important Notes We do not offer cash refunds; refunds are processed through bank transfers, store credit or exchange.
